What is the minimum order quantity?+
For flat-bottom coffee bags, digital projects are commonly evaluated around 1,000–2,000 pieces per design. Selected ordinary stand-up pouch projects may start around 100 pieces, with 1,000–3,000 recommended for value. Quantity, dimensions and material must be confirmed for your project.
Can I see samples before ordering?+
Available reference samples can help you assess a format and finish; shipping is charged separately. Custom printed flat-bottom samples are USD 110 each, with additional special finishes quoted separately. Other sample costs depend on the bag and process.
Can you help me choose the right material?+
We can discuss your coffee, expected shelf life, barrier requirements and target market. Any recycling or compostability claim should be checked against the final structure and local collection conditions.
How long does a custom order take?+
Digital production typically takes 8–10 working days. Gravure cylinder preparation typically takes 7–9 working days, followed by 15–20 days of production. Timing starts after final artwork and specification approval and required payment. Shipping is separate; confirm your project schedule.
What do I need for a quotation?+
Start with bag style, coffee fill weight, quantity per design and delivery country. Dimensions, artwork and a target delivery date help us make the quotation more specific.
