From brief to production.

A clear process for turning a coffee packaging idea into an approved production specification.

1. Share your packaging brief.

Start with whole bean or ground coffee, fill weight, quantity per design, delivery country and preferred bag format. Add target shelf life and any filling or sealing equipment requirements.

2. Compare materials and print routes.

Digital printing supports suitable smaller runs without gravure cylinder fees. For larger and stable repeat orders, compare the complete gravure cost, including cylinders. Around 10,000 pieces, gravure is often economical, but each project needs a quotation. Digital printing is limited to approximately 37 cm finished pouch width.

3. Review samples and artwork.

Request available reference samples or a quoted custom printed sample. Use the approved dieline and confirm all copy, barcode, dimensions and color expectations. Packaging visuals communicate appearance; final structure and print results require appropriate sample and production checks.

4. Approve production.

Digital production typically takes 8–10 working days. Gravure cylinder preparation typically takes 7–9 working days, followed by 15–20 days of production. The schedule begins after final artwork and specifications are approved and required payment has been received. Confirm shipping separately.

5. Plan delivery and reorders.

Confirm the destination and preferred shipping arrangement before ordering. Keep the final artwork and specification for repeat orders; changes in size, material or print require a fresh review.

Material and documentation checks

We use food-grade raw materials for flexible packaging production. Relevant test reports and supplier documentation depend on the selected structure, intended use and destination market. A report for one material is not universal certification for every bag. Recyclability claims depend on the complete pack and local collection and recycling systems.
