Assess barrier, light protection, sealing conditions and the intended shelf life. If you use nitrogen flushing, provide your process requirements and equipment details so the outer pack can be evaluated appropriately.
For printed rollstock
- Confirm film width, print repeat, registration mark and unwind direction.
- Provide core size, maximum roll diameter and machine sealing conditions.
- Approve the material and machine-trial outcome before committing to the full production quantity.
